Peter acted as a Staff Designer on this project with The Downtown Group / Downtown Designworks Architecture (DDA).
The Children’s Therapy Center provides educational and therapeutic services for children with developmental disabilities. The challenge was to design a facility that creates a nurturing and caring environment to enrich the lives of students and maximizes their potential while lending support to their families.
The new expanded center was opened at autumn 2005 with five new class rooms, therapy rooms, a staff lounge, offices, a conference room, lobby and improved parking and landscape.
